Ask the spectator to write the name of someone they know on the back of a business card and ask them to mix it face down with other blank business cards. Now you take a pendulum, saying that you will try to feel the energy from the business cards, eliminating the ones you feel are the blank ones. When only one business card remains on the table, something quite amazing occurs. You show a key that you say will enable you to open people's minds. The key starts to move in your hand! Slowly you reveal, letter by letter, the spectator's thought-of name, without touching the business card on the table!
